📣 Important Announcement from Envision Events 📣

After much thought and consideration, Envision Events will officially be closing its event venue operations effective August 1, 2026.

Due to exciting new developments taking place, all event bookings scheduled for August 1st and thereafter will no longer be able to move forward. However, we will continue accepting and honoring new bookings for events taking place during the month of July.

Although our venue doors are closing, our equipment rental services will remain available. Tables, chairs, linens, décor items, and other rental equipment will still be available for your special occasions.

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to every client, family, organization, and community member who trusted Envision Events to host your celebrations. From birthdays and baby showers to weddings, graduations, and special gatherings, you allowed us to be part of countless unforgettable memories.

This is not the end of Envision Events. It is simply the closing of one chapter as we prepare for new opportunities ahead.

Thank you for your continued love, support, and understanding. We are forever grateful for each and every one of you.

Hello Past & Future Clients of Envision Events,

Due to the negligence and dishonesty of a recent booking on May 3rd, Envision Events will now be strictly enforcing our alcohol and security policy.

Any breach of contract will result in immediate action, including possible event shutdown and legal proceedings. Please take the time to thoroughly review your contract before booking. If our policies do not align with your expectations, we respectfully ask that you consider booking elsewhere.

All clients must sign their contract to secure their booking with a deposit based in the contract. By moving forward, you are agreeing to all terms outlined.

Envision Events is committed to maintaining a professional, safe, and respectful environment for all guests. We reserve the right to shut down any event that does not adhere to our policies.

Additionally, if you are not the contracted client, please refrain from speaking on matters you are not directly involved in. All contracts and discussions are strictly between the client and the owner.

Security is now mandatory for any and all events. No exceptions.
