T'was two nights before Festival, and all through the house, were smells of knishes, hot dogs for our mouths.

The bagels were baking, the pastrami smells nice, in hopes of a crowd to come have a slice.

The pastries were nestled, all wrapped up for sale, while visions of sodas, danced with pale ale.

More rapid the day comes, a Festival, Hurray!
September the First, before Labor Day!

When out on the stage, arose such a sound, everyone listened and gathered around.
