🌈 HAPPY PRIDE MONTH, BOISE! 🌈 As we kick off Pride Month, we're proud to unveil the official theme for the 37th Annual Boise Pride Festival:

📣 LOUDER THAN FEAR 📣

In a time when fear is being weaponized against our community, silence is not an option. This year's theme is a declaration that our voices, our visibility, our joy, and our community will always be louder than attempts to erase us.

Fear tells us to hide.
We choose to show up.

Fear tells us to stay quiet.
We choose to speak out.

Fear tells us we're alone.
We choose each other.

LOUDER THAN FEAR is a celebration of q***r resilience, authenticity, and collective strength. It's about living openly, loving boldly, and refusing to shrink ourselves in the face of uncertainty. Every act of visibility, every conversation, every flag raised, and every person who shows up makes our community stronger.

Join us September 18–20 at Ann Morrison Park as we come together for three unforgettable days of Pride, community, entertainment, advocacy, and celebration.

And this is only the beginning.

The stage is ready. Are you?

We are filling two full days of performances on the Boise Pride Mainstage — September 19th and 20th — and we want to see what you have. Dancers, singers, poets, circus performers, spoken word artists, variety acts — if you have a talent worth sharing, this is your stage.

This team plays a key role in helping connect local businesses with opportunities to support the Boise Pride Festival and our year-round programming through sponsorships, partnerships, and community engagement.

We’re especially looking for individuals who:
✨ Communicate professionally and confidently
✨ Have strong follow-through and organization skills
✨ Are comfortable managing spreadsheets and tracking outreach
✨ Care deeply about building LGBTQ+ support across Idaho
