Member Story of the Day - Appliances:

“My wife bought a new washer. From day one it leaked every time she used it. 3 different techs came from the company to check it. First one told her that she was loading it wrong and that the rubber pad under it was the problem. Second man said the machine was not level. Third man said that she was washing too often.
OUR law firm found a "lemon" clause in the warranty which said "New appliance after three service calls and no repair"
We passed that word on to the manufacturer. Shortly after she received a phone call asking when it would be convenient for them to drop a new washer. The new machine was also an upgrade. Our cost… nothing. Thank you Legal Shield.”
