We’re TURNING IT UP a bit at IDAHO TRUCK INVASION with yet another NEW COMPETITION this one is for the Vendors & Sponsors for a Setup Competition to battle it out for the BEST BOOTH SETUP.

What We’re Judging
- Customer Experience how you engage, interact, and attract people to your booth.
- Presentation, organization, branding, and overall visual appeal.
- Product/Service Display how well you showcase what you offer to the people.
- Creativity, Originality, Unique ideas, themes, and effort put into your setup.
- Overall “Cool Factor” The vibe, the energy, and what makes your booth stand out from others.

Important Rule
- Vehicles in booths WILL NOT be considered in judging!
(This keeps the competition fair and focused on setup, not builds.)

Judging Guidelines
- Setups must be fully ready by judging time on Saturday.
- Judges will visit booths without prior notice.
- Be present at your booth to interact, engagement matters.
- Keep it respectful and safe for all attendees this is a family friendly event.

Winner takes Bragging rights all year, Recognition on our page, event spotlight, and a TROPHY 🏆

We’re breaking it down into 3 key categories!

TOW RIG (Pulling Truck)
- Cleanliness & Overall presentation
- Wheel/Tire fitment under load
- Functional towing setup (hitch, wiring, brake control)
- Power & build capability for the haul
- Lighting & Exterior detail work
- Work truck + Show truck balance

TRAILER
- Structural Condition & Safety
- Clean deck, ramps, & frame presentation
- Quality of tie-down setup (secure & professional)
- Custom fab’d trailer parts or lighting
- Tire/Wheel condition & stance
- Overall integration with truck & load

LOAD (Truck(s) On Trailer)
- Cleanliness & Show Ready condition
- Build quality & modifications
- Wheel, stance & overall presentation
- Creativity of truck pairing or combo
- How well it matches the overall Tow Rig & Trailer

- Full setup cohesion (everything matching as one build)
