It’s bitter sweet that this week isn’t working out, but we are so excited that the hotel is working with us to find a weekend in late 2026 to reschedule.

Ticket holders will get an email this weekend 📧 with a refund and some additional details.

This isn’t just another weekend of workshops, competitions, and socials… it’s the last hoorah of 2025. A chance to celebrate everything we’ve built this year, from unforgettable dances to the friendships and partnerships that make this community so unique.

Friday kicks off with a true New Orleans experience as we dance our way through the French Quarter. Saturday brings a full day of learning, competing, and connecting with dancers from across the country. And Sunday? It’s all about community: fun comps, social dancing, and those off-the-floor moments that turn into lasting memories.

As we close out the year together, NWC NOLA is more than an event, it’s a send-off into 2026 surrounded by your dance family, with new partners, new friends, and fresh inspiration to carry into the year ahead.

We’re taking Country Swing INTERNATIONAL and bringing the energy to Calgary Dance Stampede, April 11-13! This is your chance to experience a weekend packed with workshops, competitions, and unforgettable social dancing with some of the best.

Meet the incredible country swing staff making their way from the USA:

🔥 Chris & Sarah - (Texas) – These two are powerhouses in multiple styles, traveling the country teaching everything from two-step to swing. If you want to refine your skills with high-level, versatile dancers, they’re your go-to instructors.

🔥 Krista Young .dance (Arizona) – The force behind the wildly popular Country Coast nights at Whiskey Row Gilbert, Krista knows how to create an electric dance floor! She’s a choreographer for major conventions and brings deep expertise in both country swing and west coast swing.

🔥 Gabriel Dubois (Arizona) – The owner of Country Nomads and WYLD, Gabriel is a leading figure in the country swing world. He’s running workshops, competitions, and training programs across the U.S., helping dancers level up and pushing the sport forward.
