The SAGE Center & Event Center high school interns recently completed their end of internship presentations, reflecting on the experiences, skills, and knowledge they gained throughout the year.
Some of the key takeaways they shared included:
-A greater appreciation for the importance of agriculture and its impact on our communities
-Learning that work environments can be positive, supportive, and uplifting
-Increased confidence in communication, customer service, and stepping outside of their comfort zones
