Whitpain Community Festival In 2013, the event was expanded to include an all-day music festival and a bone marrow drive. Bring the whole family to this fantastic event!

For many years, Whitpain Township hosted its annual "Harvest Festival," a fun, family-friendly day that included a craft fair and various games and activities for children. The following year, the Harvest Festival merged with an annual fair at Montgomery County Community College to become the Whitpain Community Festival, our area's marquee event for people of all ages. The Whitpain Community Festi

val features a full day of events including the craft fair, a food court, fun and games for the kids, a beer garden, live music, and fireworks! Admission is free, but we do intend to save lives with a bone marrow drive, so please consider adding your name to the National Bone Marrow Registry... it could be your chance to save a life.

A critical element of the Whitpain Community Festival is a bone marrow drive run by the nursing department of Montgomery County Community College. If you were a donor or recipient of bone marrow, and are willing to share your story, please reach out to Pat Foley: [email protected]. We want to share real world examples of lives saved to encourage more people to get on "the list" (the easiest way for any of us to play the role of live-saving hero).

Here is the schedule for the all-ages Whitpain Community Festival at Montco. Kids rides and games, food court, beer garden. Headlined by Love Seed Mama Jump! Out of Dewey Beach, Love Seed has shared stages with the likes of Dave Matthews, the Beach Boys, Beck, Matchbook-20 and the B-52's. They are known by many in the area as one of the best shore bands ever. As always, we close with spectacular fireworks!
