We're thrilled to have products from Burt's Meat & Poultry at Brookside, because who doesn't need beef sticks in Pickles & cream cheese and Beef pepperoni flavors, beef jerky in Black pepper and Sweet & hot flavors, bratwurst in Jalapeño & cheddar, Sauerkraut, Garlic rosemary, and Wild rice flavors, plus Breakfast sausage links to start your day off right.

We have some farm cats and kittens available.  Unfortunately some have been dropped off here and left abandoned, which is sad. We have fed them and they are happy but we have too many if anybody is in the need of farm cats or kittens let me know.

Just a reminder, dogs are welcome at the campground, but we need your help picking up after them and keeping them on a leash - no exceptions!

Hello !!

Hope everyone is staying warm this winter and surviving without their campers!

We are starting to plan for a campground rummage sale, with all proceeds going to help with upgrades and purchases of new playground equipment.

Details:

May 15 8a-4p and May 16 8a-2p. This is the same weekend as Blooming Prairie’s city-wide rummage sale

We’re asking you, our friends and neighbors, for donations.

All donations will need to be pre-marked with price, and dropped off in tote(s) on specified date(s) and drop location, which we’ll figure out as we get closer.

Please mark your totes for easy identification for pick up.

All donations not sold will need to be picked up by donor by 4 pm on Saturday.

Event organizers and Mary/Marshall will not be responsible for disposal.@

Besides about an inch of rain and some standing water everything in the campground looks good.

Looking at the forecast we are hoping to turn the water on early next week. The forecast is showing below freezing temperatures for this weekend.
