Dear All After an unfortunate issue today, with an event we want to reiterate our policies for Events and Rentals. These are clearly marked on our website rnrsthespot.com.
Rentals are for the time you've scheduled for (including set up and tear down). If you need more than 4 hours total, please book appropriately. We have to clean between events or before we open our business for the evening and cannot always accommodate extra time.
Please note, food needs to be catered from a professional kitchen, it cannot be brought from home. This includes potluck style foods and such.
We have a clear drink policy, no outside beverages of any kind (alcoholic or non-alcoholic), we are willing to make arrangements for those who only want non-alcoholic beverages but please respect our space and do not bring outside drinks in.
For those who have never booked with us, due to a severe allergy to latex, we cannot have latex balloons on site.
Once you are done, please pack up all of your belongings and the belongings of your guests by the end of your booking.
