Built completely by husband and wife duo Eugene and Marlena, Hill Country Nature Retreat is a nature based event venue in Texas. Our 37 acre oasis is an hour outside of Austin and San Antonio in Blanco. We host retreats, family gatherings, team building workshops, and solo or couple adventures. Our eco friendly spaces use solar power for electricity and rainwater catchment systems, with plenty of creature comforts.

Y'all....... Me and Eugene have been working NONSTOP since December remodeling our old outdoor event kitchen into this new beauty! We expanded the kitchen, tiled the floor, painted and installed some new cabinets, installed new walls, got a new stove, sink, lights, and so much more 🥹. Our first event of the season is March 6th and then we have either a wedding or retreat until June; so exciting! Can you envision a meal here??

This is just a chicken appreciation post. Although right now I am barely getting any eggs cuz they are off the clock for winter but they are still much appreciated if just for their beauty! Are you curious about getting some backyard chickens? They're low maintenance and easy and I highly recommend if you are able 🐔
