The Blacksburg Partnership is a non-profit, independent economic development organization focused on projects that attract visitors and retail prospects. Partnership projects include the development of property, revitalization of retail districts, special events, and community arts endeavors such as Gobble de Art and the Collaborative for the Arts. The Partnership is also known for two signature e

vents that take place every year: Blacksburg Fork and Cork, a food, wine, and art extravaganza and Blacksburg Brew Do, a craft beer festival. This event is sponsored by The Blacksburg Partnership,- who also put on Blacksburg Brew Do and Blacksburg Fork and Cork. Check back often to see what cheese-filled updates we will be offering!

Our Story

This event is presented by The Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport, and organized by The Blacksburg Partnership in partnership with The Palisades Restaurant. The Blacksburg Partnership also puts on Blacksburg Brew Do and Blacksburg Fork and Cork. The 3rd Annual Virginia Cheese Farm to Table Dinner will be held on June 7th at the Historic Smithfield Plantation. Tickets for this event will go on sale in May.
