What an amazing Woodcarvers Festival! 🦆❤️

We want to give a HUGE thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s Blackduck Woodcarvers Festival such a wonderful day!
A special thank you to the City of Blackduck, Blackduck Area Chamber of Commerce, Blackduck Firemen’s Council, and Bernick’s for your generous donations and support. We are so fortunate to have a community that continues to step up and help make this festival possible year after year.

🎶 Thank you to The Empty Cooler Band for keeping us entertained with great music throughout the day, The Pond for taking care of the beer tent, and Jake Lien for announcing and helping keep everyone informed throughout the festival!

🔥 A HUGE thank you to Broken Road Forge for putting on such amazing live demonstrations throughout the day—even in that HOT weather! We know standing next to a forge wasn't exactly the coolest place to be, and we truly appreciate you sharing your talent and giving everyone something so fun and unique to watch.

❤️ And we can't say enough about our volunteers. So much work happens before anyone ever walks through the festival, and then there are countless jobs throughout the day and after everyone goes home. Thank you to everyone who showed up early, stayed late, filled in wherever needed, and helped keep everything running. We truly could not do this without you.

And of course, a HUGE thank you to all of our vendors and woodcarvers! You are such a big part of what makes this festival special. We appreciate all the time, travel, creativity, hard work, and preparation you put into being here.

📸 We were so busy throughout the day that we only managed to get pictures of a few of the amazing booths, and we wish we could have made it around to every one! If you were a vendor or attended the festival and took pictures, please share them in the comments—we would LOVE to see them!

Finally, thank you to everyone who came out to Blackduck to shop, visit the vendors, listen to the music, watch the demonstrations, and simply spend the day with us. Seeing so many people enjoying the festival makes all the work that goes into it completely worth it.

Thank you for helping us continue this 42-year Blackduck tradition! 🦆🌲 We are incredibly grateful for another wonderful year, and we can't wait to see you all again next year! ❤️

We are totally revved up! 🪵✨We promised the team a custom-carved luxury transport vehicle, but these golf carts are the closest we could get. At least the rough cuts are already done!
Lets make this event amazing! Can't wait to see everyone tomorrow!
