I haven’t worked out in about a year (I think) and it shows. For awhile now I have been saying I was going to start back wking out. About 2 wks ago I did a trail walk around my apt complex to see how many laps around would be a mile. After Erika Patrice Kellom sharing her “Get Up Sis” & Tracy Cobb Russell putting 🔥 under us on Friday Fire this morning. I got up and walk 2 miles and started the jump
rope challenge (I started with a 100). Life has definitely being lifing but I can no longer let that stop me bc it’s gone be what it be. Time to take care of SHAVONDA! PERIOD!!!
