We always incorporate Binghamton Hockey History into the Battle of the Bravest Charity Hockey Game and this year is no different! Binghamton Duster and Slapshot movie actor Frank Hamill will be behind the bench as a special guest celebrity coach AND thanks to a kind donor, this game worn Alexandre Giroux Binghamton Senators jersey will be available for raffle! From the '02-'03 season, Giroux and several of his teammates, (A few you may have heard of😉), autographed the jersey and it could be yours!

Open to the public, Binghamton Fire Dept. VS Broome County Firefighters hockey teams, 50/50, Silent auctions, commemorative pucks and challenge coins, as well as the return of our special guests Alyssa Crosby and Frank Hamill all to support Cancer Research!

With just over two weeks remaining until the most highly anticipated firefighter charity hockey game of the year, here are answers to some FAQ's:

-YES, the event is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC and entry is a free will monetary donation of your choosing, payable at the door on game day. Please spread the word, share the event and invite your friends and family!

-YES, we will again be having special guest celebrity bench coaches and National Anthem singer this year! 😎

-New owners, SAME SCHEDULE! Doors open at 2:45 for the event including the Fire & Ice Sports Bar & Grill as well as our raffle tables on the concourse and 50/50. To improve the event, RAFFLES WILL BE DRAWN AT THE START OF THE 3RD PERIOD and winnings picked up by conclusion of the event.

-YES, Commemorative 10th anniversary Pucks and Challenge Coins will be available for purchase!

-YES, this will be the return from retirement of DJ Mike Raphone, who will be MCing and spinning the tunes...the return of the trademark headstand is still up in the air!

-As Always, 100% of all event proceeds go to The Retired Professional Fire Fighters Cancer Fund Inc., which is dedicated to donating all funds to cancer research centers specializing in finding a cure for cancers commonly found in, but not limited to, firefighters! THAT'S 100% OF ALL PROCEEDS!
