The Broome County STOP-DWI Program would like to thank all of the volunteers, athletes, sponsors, vendors, and fans who made the Chris Thater Memorial Races a world-class event. After 33 years, we will no longer be organizing the Chris Thater Memorial but hope to see cycling and running events continue in the Binghamton area in the future. We will continue to focus our efforts on reducing the number of impaired driving crashes, injuries, and fatalities through community outreach, education, enforcement, prevention, and treatment. Thank you again for all of the memories and support over the years.
