Hey folks, in case you're wondering what this is all about... At this point we're in the planning stages of the event. We believe that Binghamton needs a touch more weirdness (hard as that is to believe), a day of the strange, unusual, mysterious, bizarre and absurd. That is what we hope the Binghamton Fringe Festival will be. If you know any performers that do anything out of the ordinary - jugglers, magicians, performance artists, film makers, storytellers - please send them our way!
