Just two years ago, The Paper Mill was nothing more than a vision and a whole lot of hope. To see what it has become, and to watch our clients fill these walls with celebrations, milestones, and lifelong memories, is something we will never take for granted.

Behind every event is a story, and knowing that we get to play even a small part in some of life's biggest moments is exactly why we do what we do.

FLEXIBLE PART-TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY!

Looking for a side job that actually works around your schedule? This could be a great fit for a stay-at-home parent, college student, or anyone looking to earn extra money without committing to set weekly hours!

We’re hiring seasonal help at The Paper Mill to assist with event setup, teardown, and cleaning during our busy wedding & holiday season.

💰 Pay: $25–$30/hour
📅 Seasonal: Now through January
⏰ Approx. 5–10 hours/week — varies based on events
🙌 Highly flexible schedule: Work mornings, afternoons, or evenings based on what works for you, as long as everything is completed by the required deadline.

What you’ll be doing:
• Setting up and tearing down tables, chairs & event spaces
• Cleaning and resetting the venue between events
• Following basic floor plans for event setups
• Helping with occasional quick weekend turnovers, including some late weekend nights or early mornings

You’d be a great fit if you:
• Are dependable and detail-oriented
• Can work independently and manage your own schedule
• Can lift up to 50 lbs., push heavy racks, and be on your feet for extended periods
• Don’t mind a physically demanding job — there’s lots of moving tables and chairs!
• Have cleaning experience (preferred, but not required)
• Are willing to complete a background check if requested
