Maybe you are taking up the hobby of the Sourdough craze or would like to show your talents at decorating a cake? Do you enjoy knitting your own socks or a sweater? Is your garden filled with amazing veggies or beautiful flowers? Maybe you have an eye for that perfect picture? There is a class for everyone!! Get yourself a premium book or look up the categories on our website and be sure to bring your projects and show them off to the community at the fair!! Pre-registration is open now and HIGHLY ENCOURAGED!! Skip the lines, save time from filling out entry slips and a couple bucks to register. Simply print, fill out, send in and your project tags will be sent right to your doorstep!! Get those pre-registrations turned in! Can't wait to see you at "The Fair"!!

WANTED: Due to some scheduling conflicts we have lost our Kettle Corn vendor and we are in search of a Pizza vendor for the upcoming South Mountain Fair in July. If you know of someone that makes and sells Kettle Corn or Pizza and they would like to join us at the fair, message our page with their contact info. Thanks for helping us with this request!!

Now that the fair books are out and about, start thinking about your projects and get your PRE-REGISTRATION forms sent in. We are already starting to get entry forms believe it or not!! By pre-registering you will "Skip the Lines" if you will. The departments will check that your entries are in the right places but you won't need to fill out all of those entry tickets! Send the form in, and the tags will come right to you in the mail. If you add a project after sending your pre-registration, that's ok. We will gladly help you get it registered on registration night! But the more that come in early, the less we have to process before judging, and the more sleep we get!! You also save the registration fee. The pre-registration deadline for general entries is July 10th. The deadline for open livestock is July 6th.

Entry forms are located as a hard copy in the premium book. See earlier post for locations on where to pick on up. Or you can visit out website to print one. If you have any questions about entering ANYTHING in the fair, please send a direct message to our page!!

2026 South Mountain Fair premium books are back from the printer!!! If you plan to exhibit at the fair this is what you need for rules, forms, and premium listings. Right now you can pick one up for free at Sandoes Fruit Market in Biglerville with many more locations coming soon!! We will post an updated list once we get them distributed.
