I attend a church in Higashimurayama, and I am currently preparing to become a full-time JCFN staff member.

There are friends and community waiting for you at home. Returning home is not the end, but rather a new beginning!

現在もハンツビルに住んでいます。子供の頃からの景色はずいぶん変わり、町はどんどん栄えてきています。マツダとトヨタの支社が立ち、多くの日本人が引っ越してきている為、家族でできる限りこの地に与えられた日本人と交流するようにしています。本業はZillowという不動産会社のソフトウェアエンジニアとして働いています。

ECの参加者一人一人がコミュニティを築き、友達を作りながら、主からのコーリングを受け取ることができるよう願っています。

① Hometown
I was born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama, USA in the Southeastern part of the US.

② What you’re currently doing
I’m still in Huntsville, but Huntsville doesn’t look the same as my childhood. It continues to grow, and many Japanese friends have moved here to work for Mazda and Toyota. As much as possible, my family and I are connecting with Japanese people locally, and then as my day job, I work as a software engineer for Zillow.

③ Vision / A word to the participants
I hope that everyone who attends EC will be able to discern what God is calling them to do — I hope that attendees will be able to discover this while building community and making friends.

② 今どこで、何をしているか
今は南カリフォルニアにあるPA (Physician Assistant)の大学院に通っています。教会では、事務アシスタントとして働きながら、ユースの奉仕もしています。

③ ビジョン・参加者へ一言
ユースディレクターとして今年で3年目になります！今年の私のビジョンは、ユースのみなさんが主のうちに本当の安心と喜びを見つけ、毎日の生活の中で神様と共に歩むことです。みなさんは神様に愛され、特別な目的を持って造られた大切な存在です。
ユースの中で「まだ中高生だから神様に用いられない」と思わないでほしいです！神様はみなさん一人ひとりを通して、学校や家庭、友達の中で働くと思います！
ECを通して神様と出会い、神様が皆んなの人生に持っておられる計画を知ってほしいと願っています。
みなさんと一緒に主を賛美できるのを楽しみにしています！

② What you’re currently doing
I am currently a graduate student at a PA (Physician Assistant) school in Southern California. At church, I serve as an office assistant and am involved with the youth ministry.

③ Vision / A word to the participants
This is my third year serving as the youth director for EC! My vision this year is that each youth truly finds peace and joy in Christ, and to encourage them to walk with the Lord in their daily life. You are deeply loved by God and were created with a special purpose. You are precious and valuable in His sight.
I don’t want any youth to think, “I’m just a middle school or high school student, so God can’t use me.” I believe God wants to work through each one of you—in your schools, your homes, and among your friends.

家族でやっているお寿司屋さんで働きながら、学生・ヤングアダルトミニストリーに携わってます🍣

③ ビジョン・参加者へ一言
信仰の友に囲まれ、みことばを味わう時間や賛美する時間が設けられているカンファレンスでは神様の愛を体験しやすいし、主との交わりができているけども、いざ終わって、現実世界に戻された時にその礼拝を保てるかと聞かれると、私含め、多くの人が難しいと感じるのではないかと思いました。だからこそ、「個々の礼拝」ができるような、もっと深い神様との関係を築けるような、そんなPRがしたいと思ってます！
カンファレンスに向けて一緒に盛り上がっていきましょう！そしてお待ちしてまーす！

I work as a server at our family-owned sushi restaurant, and serve in college & young adults ministry at church. 🍣

③ Vision / A word to the participants
When you’re at a conference surrounded by friends of faith, with time set aside to savor the Word and worship together, it is easier to experience God’s love and enjoy fellowship with Him. But when the conference ends and we’re sent back into our daily life, I think many people, including myself, find it difficult to maintain that kind of deep fellowship with the Lord. And so my vision is to encourage people to worship the Lord wherever they’re at, and help build a deeper relationship with God, using the social media platform!
Let’s get excited for the conference! I look forward to seeing you there!

10年程前に、家族で教会開拓のためテキサス州サンアントニオに引っ越してきました。今は教会に仕えながら、クリスチャンのカフェで働いています！

PK（牧師の子供）として、何でも屋さんとして奉仕をしてきて、いろいろなところを通ったけれど、イエス様に出会って、主に仕えるこの喜びを味わっちゃったら、やめられないことに気がつきました！「これっぽっち」と思うものも、五つのパンと二匹の魚のように、「ここに持ってきなさい」と言われ、主はそれを捧げるものを祝して大きなきせきのために増やして用いてくださいます！自分なんて役不足…なんて思っているあなた！信仰もって一歩踏み出してください。主はその一歩を喜んで用いてくださいます。そして皆さんが、奉仕を通して、仕える喜びだったり、主のものすごい御働きを目前で体験していってもらいたいです！味わっちゃってください！共に日本、アメリカ、世界のリバイバルのためにイエス様に仕えていきましょう！奉仕最高！

I currently live in LA with my husband, Sean, and we are in the midst of opening a yakitori store! I am very excited. Besides that, I enjoy spending time with my community and fellowshiping at church.

When we experience the presence of the Lord, everything is made new and true life is given! I am praying that each and every one of you will have a deep and personal encounter with God. I am currently working in online sales for a Japanese company in Portland, Oregon. At my home church, I spend time with the youth and I also serve on the worship team.

I’m really excited for EC! I can’t wait to worship and praise Him wholeheartedly, and experience Him deeply with people from all kinds of places and backgrounds! I’m praying that the presence of the Lord will fill every corner of the venue and that everyone will truly encounter and experience Him. I also believe that God will guide each person who comes to EC, no matter what they may be carrying in their hearts or what season of life they are in. 2年前に仕事を辞め、留学生として夫の悠太郎のいるシアトルに来ました。2人で学生として毎日生きてます。

EC楽しみですね！みなさんも楽しみですか？？ECに来たことがある方も、初めての方も、イエス様を長く知っている方も、よくは知らないけど興味があるよって方も、一人ひとりとお会いできるのがとても楽しみです。全体集会は、ECに来ている全員が朝晩集まり、神様を見上げる場所です。日常を離れ、主の救いを喜びとする兄弟と共に、主の御前で喜び楽しむ時間を楽しみにしています！

I quit my job 2 years ago, and came to Seattle with my husband, Yutaro, as a student. We are both students.

③ Vision / A word to the participants
I’m excited for EC! Are you looking forward to it too?? Whether you’ve been to EC before or this is your first time, whether you’ve known Jesus for a long time or you’re simply curious and want to learn more about Him, I’m so excited to meet each and every one of you. The Plenary Sessions are a special time when everyone at EC gathers together each morning and evening to lift our eyes unto the Lord. I’m excited to come together as brothers and sisters who rejoice in His salvation, and spend time celebrating and delighting in His presence, away from our daily lives and routines.
I can’t wait to worship, grow, and experience God together with all of you at EC!
