Learning extends far beyond the classroom for Northampton Community Collegesupports scholarships and opportunities that enable culinary students.

Through opportunities like the NCC Farm Market, students are able to create and sell products. Gaining valuable hands-on experience not only in culinary arts, but also in customer service, entrepreneurship, and the business side of the industry.

Experiences like these help prepare students for successful careers while building confidence in their skills and creativity.

With a career spanning Washington, D.C., New York City, the Caribbean, and the Lehigh Valley, Chef Christopher Heath brings a depth of experience and global perspective to this year’s Gala.

Classically trained and known for his disciplined technique and commitment to hospitality, Chef Heath has played a key role in shaping the region’s culinary landscape through his leadership with Paxos Restaurants, including blue grillhouse, Torre Restaurant and Top Cut Steakhouse.

At this years Gala, he will partner with Master of Wine Chris Cree to design a custom, multi-course dining experience; elevating the Gala’s renewed focus on food and creating a truly memorable evening for guests.
