Drench the Valley Wine and Beer Festival

What is the fee to attend the event and what is included in the cost of event? For $20.00 in advance/$30.00 at the entrance, admission to the festival covers free entertainment, free access to craft, artisan and food vendors, free parking, and complimentary souvenir drinkware that may be used for the purpose of sampling wine/beer of your choice from our vendors. Guests also receive a wine tasting

wristband and chance to win a raffle basket. The cost for a designated driver (non-sampling participant)/entertainment is $10.00. This fee offers you a designated driver/entertainment wristband and a chance to win a raffle basket, however, does not include drinkware or wine tasting wristband. Tickets will be available at pick-up locations until Thursday, September 19, 2024. Upon arrival, you will need your ticket(s) and photo identification.

2. Where can I purchase tickets? A list of ticket sellers will also be available on our page. All tickets sales are final – no refunds.

3. What if I lose my ticket or am unable to attend the event? You will have to purchase another ticket. No refunds will be given.

4. What should I bring with me? We encourage guests to bring a blanket or chair to sit on. You are welcome to bring a small table with you as well. Tents are allowed but must be set up at the designated area so that the view of the stage is not blocked. We also allow coolers at the event, however, coolers may not be larger than 13” x 12” x 8”. Please no outside alcohol. Boxed or bagged snacks are welcome. We will check coolers and ID's at the entrance.

5. May I bring my child(ren) or pet(s)? Although we love children, no one under the age of 21 can be admitted into the event. This includes infants/strollers. No exceptions. While we also love dogs, pets are not permitted and should be left at home.

6. Will there be bottled water at the event? Yes, bottled water will be for sale at the event.

7. What types of food/craft/artisan vendors are at the Festival? We have a number of food vendors who offer lots of different types of food. We have a little bit of everything available. A handful of great artisans and craft vendors will also be displaying their goods at our event. We have vendors of all types and sizes!

8. What types of amenities do you have at the Festival? Parking is available for all guests and is free of charge. Please look for all of the well-marked signage. Our parking attendants will direct you where to park.
