We will NEVER request payments or sensitive information from a personal or unverified email addresses.

We are currently reviewing and following up with all vendors directly—please be patient as we work through confirmations.

All official updates and vendor information will be sent on Monday now that the vendor payment deadline has passed.

Vendors will be emailed TODAY their acceptance status of the 2026 Pickle Festival! We know many of you are patiently waiting, we will have emails out by this evening, we needed to make sure no one was missed after our excitement earlier this month! Thank you!

*Live Music- Pickle peeps, we are opening up the comments below for band recommendations! To celebrate the holiday we are looking for classic rock bands, but are open to suggestions! Comment below!

If you’ve already submitted, please allow our team a little time to review everything and make sure no one was missed. We appreciate your patience as we sort through submissions!

We are excited by the overwhelming interest in this year’s Pickle Festival—thank you to everyone who has applied to be a vendor!

At this time, we kindly ask for your patience as our committee works through a very high volume of submissions. We are seeing multiple duplicate applications in some cases (6+ entries), so please do not continue submitting additional forms if you have already applied.

A confirmation email should be on its way to you—please be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

We appreciate your understanding as we navigate this new platform and work to review each application carefully. Our team is doing everything we can to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
