We know “it's gonna be a long long crazy crazy night.” At The Potato Caboose, you won’t “feel like a stranger.”
☮️❤️🎶 The Potato Caboose is a music themed, gourmet baked potato food trailer. Our potatoes offer a fresh baked alternative to fried foods and are 100% gluten free! We have meat and vegetarian options and can go vegan too. We specialize in vending at music festivals and venues in New England and New York state. Some of the festival and venues you can find us at are:

Northlands Music & Arts Festival
Newport Folk Festival
Newport Jazz Festival
Grey Fox Bluegrass Festival
Rhythm & Roots
StrangeCreek

We are always looking for music festivals and shows to share our menu and love of music and fresh food. If you'd like us to vend at your business or event, please contact us at [email protected]

The Potato Caboose is owned by Elizabeth, Jacob, and their daughter Emeline. Bringing together our love of music and food and our history of festival vending and restaurant cooking, we spent our pandemic shut-down time listening to music, naming potatoes, and creating a menu. We built our trailer over a winter season, and our artist friend John Gatto created our logo and painted the exterior artwork - honoring the music and art we love.

We haven’t post s**t for social media this year - but our last event will be Wi******er Pickle Fest! It’s the only free-to-attend event we do so come on out and eat some pickles and potatoes!

Once again there will be free pickles for everyone while they last, courtesty of the citizens of Wi******er. For the past ten years the pickles have been supplied by the Patriot Pickle company of New Jersey. This year's varieties include kosher dill, half sour spears, sweet candied crosscuts, red hot crosscuts and a few other surprises as well. Pickle distribution will occur on the north side of Wi******er Town Hall by the Wi******er Kiwanis tent. 12 days until The 28th Wi******er Pickle Festival !
