Chamber Music by the Sea is the first-ever classical music festival in Berlin and Snow Hill, Maryland. This annual summer chamber music festival offers joyful, celebratory programs performed by world-class musicians in a gorgeous corner of the country. Artistic Director Elena Urioste has been visiting the Assateague Island National Seashore regularly for the past 14 years and has loved everything
about the place: the landscape, the surrounding towns, and warmth of the people. In 2016, Chamber Music in Berlin premiered with one public concert, one house concert, and a masterclass for young local violinists; this year, the festival expands in length, reach, and number of musicians. We are grateful to make Maryland's Eastern Shore our home, and can't wait to keep bringing classical music of the highest caliber to the area!
