Hi friends!

We wanted to give everyone a heads up about summer bookings at The Tracks Event Space.

Because our building does not have air conditioning -- and as a large metal building it gets insanely hot during the summer months -- we have decided that we will not be taking summer bookings this year. We want every event held here to be comfortable and enjoyable, and the summer heat just doesn't allow us to provide that experience right now.

We are currently fully booked through the end of May.
We will resume bookings for fall and winter events and are now scheduling anything after September.

That said, if you find yourself in a last-minute bind due to rain and need an indoor backup option during the summer, please reach out! Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to accommodate you.

Thank you so much for understanding and for continuing to support The Tracks Event Space, we can't wait for a cozy fall season filled with celebrations!

Happy New Year!

We are staying busy so we just wanted to let you all know that we are booked out pretty solid for the next few months, if you have a date in mind feel free to send a message to ask about availability but we are pretty full.

We’ve still not got air conditioning for this summer yet so I have not started booking for after May at this point. Hoping to get that solved soon and begin summer bookings.

After yesterday’s post where I kindly asked for no liquids to be thrown in the trash cans, this is what I came to this morning.
I started this business for fun as it was something I’ve always wanted to do but unfortunately it’s not fun when I’m constantly cleaning up huge messes with my young kids in tow.
Oh this time it was also beer that had spilled out, so, NO ALCOHOL in effect immediately.
Please be considerate when your event is over and please clean up properly so we can keep this space enjoyable for everyone!

Happy Monday, everyone!!

We have been staying super busy here at The Tracks and coming up this weekend is no different as we have a wedding rehearsal, wedding, reception, and a birthday party booked Friday-Sunday.

With that, we cannot allow any public parking in our lot during that time frame which also happens to be the Spoonbread Festival.

We know in years past, many people attending the Spoonbread have used our lot to park in but unfortunately we cannot allow that this year as we have paying customers hosting their own special events here.

This is personal property and any vehicle parked here that is not guests of the events happening at The Tracks will be towed.

Tonight we set up with Madison County Exclusive to showcase our business! This group meets once a month. We used The Tracks Event Space and it was perfect.

Happy Sunday!

Wanted to remind everyone to keep in mind your clean up time when choosing how many hours to book. I allow everyone to arrive thirty minutes prior to your scheduled time but unfortunately due to having more events coming in after you, I have to have the place cleaned up and emptied at the end of your event.
Which leads me to reminding you to please look over the cleanup checklist that I leave for you once you sign the rental agreement. For the most part everyone has done wonderful at cleaning up after themselves and I appreciate it so much. However, some have left it in not very great shape which isn’t fair to the party after you and isn’t easy on me as I normally have my kids with me and am having to clean balloons out of the floor, tape off the walls, food out of the kitchen floor, etc.
I provide trash bags, cleaning wipes, paper towels, brooms/dustpan, and a vacuum at no extra cost.

Last thing, summer months have arrived and our large open room is not air conditioned, I have added two pedestal style industrial fans and one mobile air unit but the room does get pretty warm.
Our kitchen/lounge room is however air conditioned and stays good and cool as long as the door is kept shut. However, if you think you need to cancel due to heat, please reach out to me before your scheduled day.

We have had the absolute best customers for the most part and are thankful for each of you!! We aren’t perfect but I promise we’re doing what we can to make sure you have a great event!

Happy Friday, yall!!

You all have been keeping us busy and we are so thankful for each of you!

If you have a day you are interested in, message us soon!! Summer is almost full and we’ve booked several days in the fall and winter months also!

Saturdays and Sundays in June are full but we do have two Fridays available along with most weekdays!

We have three Fridays, two Saturdays, and two Sundays available in July!

Happy Monday!!

Over the weekend we had a sweet one year old celebrate his first birthday here at The Tracks with this adorable setup!!

We just wanted to let everyone know that our summer months are filling up, we have a few weekend dates left in June and July so if you’re needing on our calendar this summer, be sure to message us soon!

We’ve also started booking into fall months!
