2026 BCFA Livestock Entry Dates

Market Steers
Steers must be entered in Showorks by March 20, 2026.
No late entries.
$20 per head/entry
$25 grooming chute fee
One grooming chute per family
On site mandatory tagging will be held on March 21st 8:00-10am at Mathias Ranch

If you have a commercial beef heifer, you can bring her for tagging here as well.

Pasture To Plate Steers
P2P Steers must be entered in Showorks by March 20, 2026. If you plan to show a P2P steer as a Market steer also. It must be entered in Showorks for both.
$20 per head/entry
$25 grooming chute fee
One grooming chute per family
On site mandatory weight in will be held at Mathias Ranch

Early tagging/check in can be done March 21, 2026 between 8:00-10:00am at

Small Market Animals
All small market animals must be entered into Showorks by June 5, 2026. No late entries.
On site mandatory tagging will be held Saturday, June 6, 2026 at the Benton County Fairgrounds
8:00-11:00 AM
This will include:
ALL Hogs $10 per head per class, this includes registered.
Meat Goats $10 per head per class
Market Sheep $10 per head per class.
Commercial Beef Heifers $20 per head per class.

Registered Livestock
All registered livestock must be entered into Showorks by midnight July 1, 2026. No late entries.
This will include:
Registered Beef Cattle $20 per head per class.
Registered Breeding Sheep $10 per head per class
Registered Dairy Cattle $20 per head per class
Registered Meat Goats $10 per head per class
Registered Dairy Goats $10 per head per class
One grooming chute per family
$25 large animals
$15 small animals

Commercial Dairy Heifers
Dairy Cattle $20 per head per class. Must be entered by June 5, 2026. No late entries.

Rabbits

Grooming Chute Information
These spots are limited, so it's first come, first served. If you are showing multiple species ( large and small ) please only purchase for the large animal and use that spot for your small animal as well.
$15 for small animal
$25 for large animal

💥Exhibitors will be able to start arriving at 2pm.
💥Check in will be from 7pm-8pm.

11/22
💥late check in is from 7am-8am
💥First show starts at 9am
💥We will break after the first show for lunch (Dutch oven cooking from CTDT)
💥2nd show will start a hour after the first show concludes.

11/23
💥9am showmanship (Novice division 4-7, Junior division 8-12, Intermediate division 13-16 and Senior division 17-21)....showmanship please sign up before the show starts at 9am. It’s $5 per person and the winner of each division takes all.
💥3rd show will follow after showmanship

✨Oh and there will be a coffee table Saturday and Sunday✨
