This is a wonderful opportunity to buy some handmade Christmas gifts, let the kiddies play with the "kids", bounce til their heart's content, listen to some wonderful music and enjoy some good old fashioned Fall fun! We hope to see you all there! Starts at 10 am!

Thank you all so very much for your interest in becoming a vendor at the 12th annual Benton Heritage Family Fun Day & Craft Show!! Hopefully next year we can add more space to accommodate everyone that's interested but as of yesterday...OUR TEAM IS FULL! :) We look forward to seeing all of you there and please share the flyer with friends and family to make sure as many people join in the fun as possible! Some that have submitted applications but not their fee may get an email saying that we hope you will try again next year and some who submitted applications and fees, we'll do our best to squeeze everyone in but you may receive a refund. All others will receive an email including the vendor map showing where you'll be setting up. Set up will begin at 730 am but all vendor vehicles need to be moved out of the area by 930 am. Let's make it the best EVER!!

CALLING ALL VENDORS! We need you! We are getting a pretty late start but if you make, bake or create anything you believe would be appropriate for our event or if you have a hobby/art that would be family friendly and you'd like to share it with the community please contact us.
We had to go up just a little on the booth/space price to combat rising costs of EVERYTHING but you'll find they are still cheaper than most festival fees. Sales/Crafts/Food vendors who require electricity the new fee will be $25, Sales/Crafts/Food vendors NOT requiring electricity the new fee will be $20, Information only booths will still be free but on the grassy area around the courthouse, not at street level. If you have an information only booth and would like to set up at street level, the fee will be $10. We welcome any donations for our little community festival but hopefully the increase in the booth/space fee will help us to bring in even more entertainment next year. For applications or info please call either Benton City Hall at 423-338-5733 or John Pippenger at 423-716-7655. We are working on setting up an email and paypal account so that applications and fees can be taken care of online, so be patient with us. Welcome everyone!!! We've had to create a new page for our annual Fall Festival on the courthouse square so please help us get the word out! We will be having Benton's 12th Annual Heritage Family Fun Day & Craft Show on Saturday, October 29th from 10 am until 4 pm. Vendor application information will be posted shortly just please keep us in mind as you're scheduling your events and help us make this year's event the best one ever!
