LAPS TRACK DAYS

LAPS TRACK DAYS The midwest's premiere car club. Great cars, great tracks, great people. Plus you usually get 2.5-3 hours of track time per event.

With LAPS we're very lucky to have so many great members that are fun, talented and willing to share their experience to help others grow and develop their skills more quickly. What we have found is if you take the time to get to know the people that you're driving with you will find a new pleasure in your track days. Not only will you be excited to get out on the track and try out your new tires, brakes, suspension, or new skills learned in the off season, but you'll be excited to see your friends and make new ones. Catching up, offering assistance, or just enjoying someones company can become a significant part of your track day experience. It's always nice to see familiar faces and feel comfortable when taking a day out of your busy schedule to do something you enjoy. We have different pricing available in a tier format which allows you to sign up for all or just pick and choose individual dates you'd like to participate in. Our Pricing is very competitive!

We've recently seen a few low-mileage survivors cross our desks at Barn Finds, and this 1988 Pontiac Trans Am GTA is no exception. It presents beautifully, which isn't surprising given its genuine 31,000 miles on the clock. It is an unmolested survivor, ready to roar with a new owner behind the whee...

Classics like this 2000 Chevrolet Corvette pose a unique challenge. Chevrolet created this car to be driven and enjoyed, which is instinctively what anyone would want to do. However, this car has clocked only 50 miles since leaving the line, and there can't be many similar Corvettes with an odometer...

Oldsmobile, Pontiac, and Buick all joined the compact car movement in 1961. The three were based on the new Y-body platform, and the Olds version was dubbed F-85 as a nod to the Jet Age. The car was in production for just three years before being promoted to mid-size status (as was its other GM...

The Windsor was a Chrysler staple throughout the 1940s and 1950s. When Chrysler rolled out the first round of its “Forward Look” products in 1955, it applied the Nassau name to an entry-level Windsor 2-door hardtop. It was a one-year offering. Nearly 18,500 copies were built that year, yet when ...

Missing the rare-to-find carrying bag and with a much smaller replacement seat, but looking like a pretty easy restoration project, this 1964 Fuji Go-Devil Portable Mini Bike can be found here on Facebook Marketplace in Jasper, Georgia. These aren't for everyone, but the seller is asking a mere $600...

The 88 (also Eight-Eight) was an entry- or mid-level full-size car in the Oldsmobile portfolio for more than 50 years. One incarnation was the Dynamic 88, which was in the fold from 1958 to 1968. This 1960 edition is a project that is someone partially disassembled, and it may or may not be complete...

One week ago, I covered this 1963 Pontiac Bonneville convertible and waxed on about Pontiac's ownership of the "exciting sixties", both before and after the GTO's '64 introduction. Continuing in that vein, today, courtesy of Zappenduster, I have a 1963 Catalina convertible for your review. Perhaps t...

I can remember playing Gran Turismo on an ancient Sony Playstation back in the day, and seeing the Japanese-market version of the third-generation Supra pop up in the vehicle menu. Called the Soarer, it seemed so exotic and special; my young mind didn't realize we had the exact same car available to...

This sharp 1979 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Coupe in what Oldsmobile referred to as "Black" - not fancy, but it does the trick - has had just one owner over the last 47 years! Oh yeah, and it's said to be all original, too, right down to the radio and the exhaust. The seller has it...

Despite being referred to as being in "very original condition," this repainted and partially reupholstered 1972 Saab 95 appears to be in really nice condition and has a very reasonable asking price given its apparent cosmetic condition. This lighter green Swedish wagon is posted here on craigslist....
