*Split Reps however you want. There will be both a male and female bar set for each partner. You may start either partner on each movement. Time will Be WOD 2 score.

WOD 3

Partners 3 and 4 (2nd Male/Female)

Max Effort Sn**ch Complex
1 Sn**ch + 1 Hang Sn**ch

* Partners 1 and 2 must run and tag partners 3 and 4 in order for WOD 3 to start.

Partners 3 and 4 will have remaining time of the 12 minute Time Cap to score the most weight lifted combined. Partners 3 and 4 cannot perform lift at same time as you will only have 1 judge. Both partners must start with empty barbell. No one can help change your weights.
*Partners 3 and 4 may warm up while partners 1 and 2 are completing WOD 2. Again, Partners must start WOD 3 with empty barbell.

WOD 3 score is combined weight lifted with partner 3 and 4.

“Ragnar’s Revenge”

Partner 1 (male) and Partner 2 (female):
Partners will have their own barbell to each complete:
4 Rounds:
8 Deadlifts
8 Hang Cleans
40 Double Unders
*If you drop the bar during the 8 Deadlifts or 8 Hang Cleans portion, you must stop and complete 6 lateral burpee over bar.

Once partners 1 and 2 both fully complete the 4 Rounds, partners 3 (male) and 4 (female) must then complete the same.

**Athletes MUST change their own weights. They cannot get help from other partners. Partners 3 and 4 cannot start the workout until BOTH Partner 1 and 2 complete all 4 Rounds.
*During the transition, ALL athletes may change weights back to Round 1 weights for partners 3 and 4. This is the only time other teammates may help change weights.

Men’s barbell is 45 Lbs
Women’s barbell is 33 Lbs.
