The Deschutes Dash Multisport Event is on Saturday July 10, 2021. It includes the following events: Sprint Triathlon, Sprint Duathlon, Sprint Aquabike, Sprint Triathlon Relay, Olympic Triathlon, Olympic Duathlon, Olympic Aquabike, Olympic Triathlon Relay, Try A Tri, 10K Run, and 5K Run.

We’re getting close and it’s coming together!
Thanks to my team for making it possible 😘 This is an event put on by triathletes. One of our team members has done 29 Ironmans and has qualified for Kona 13 times! Eric Glaus you will see him on the course as our bike sweep.

When the first of 11 triathlon races starts Saturday morning at Wickiup Reservoir, a half year of planning and preparation will come to fruition.

This year we wanted to do something a little different. We didn’t want our medal to get lost behind the medal of your next race so we had keychains made for you. We hope you will put this on your keys, pack back or luggage. Enjoy your Deschutes Dash keepsake. If you don’t want to use it, it’s on a ribbon to be put with your medals.

Wondering if there is enough water in Wickiup for a swim? There is! We swam there today! The water temp was 59.3 degrees. It was lovely!

We just received approval to run this route for Deschutes Dash Triathlon Multisport Sport 5k & 10k Event The course is beautiful. Soft dirt and pine needles. One fun hill on the 5k and 2 for the 10k. Truly a classic Central Oregon picturesque trail.
