What’s better than ice cream? Getting to make your own and keep it 🍦

Join Ms. Carla of  at Imagination Station on June 4 from 12:30–2:30 PM for a hands-on summer art workshop where little artists turn recycled materials into colorful, one-of-a-kind ice cream sculptures!

Think paint, yarn, texture, and all the creative toppings your imagination can create using fine motor skills, sensory play, and eco-friendly fun.

Our first StrongHER class was a success✨

Thank you to the women who showed up, put in work, and brought their babies along for the ride. I’m grateful for the way this little community is growing.

The rest of this series will stay small and intentional, capped at just 6 women to allow for more personalized coaching and support.

StrongHER at Imagination Station ✨

Today was our first class and honestly it exceeded every expectation I had for it.

Small group, simple strength work & good energy. Women showing up for themselves while their little ones played nearby.

Kept it low-pressure, beginner-friendly & effective using just bands and bodyweight and the room was WORKING! 😮‍💨

I’m really proud of this one🥲

If you’ve been wanting to get stronger but feel intimidated by traditional gyms or group fitness, this is exactly who StrongHER is for.

StrongHER Banded Fitness is a 3-part fitness series for moms, hosted right here at Imagination Station FTW with the amazing team at P31 Strength Co — and yes, the kids can come play while you work up a sweat.

Here’s the deal: you show up, we bring the bands, you bring a mat and a small towel. That’s it.

A workout class where your kids come too? Yes please.

StrongHER is a 50-minute full-body strength class built for real life. keeps it simple, intentional, and effective using resistance bands.

You’ll warm up together, then move through guided strength stations with coaching the entire time. No guesswork, no pressure to be perfect.

Kids can play in the adjacent area while you train, you’ll be able to see them the whole time!
