FALL into Stove Prairie Festival THIS Saturday!
Please come for a stunning fall drive. This may be the last festival at this 130 year old school.
It’s our community connection and so needed for the young kids so far from town. Incredible school, staff and parents.

Today as we reflect, honor, and remember the heroes lost on September 11, 2001, we are reminded of the brave men and women who step up to protect our communities every single day.

This Saturday, September 12, join us in honoring that legacy of service at the Rist Canyon Mountain Festival.

Carving I did for an amazing family that lost their dad/husband New Years Day to a fast growing brain tumor. I carved and set it up right before Christmas Eve. The Bible verse engraved is so fitting of him. They live right on the main road where so many in our community that love him will be reminded of him.
Honestly I hesitated to post the carving because I don’t want to come across that I’m bragging or to ‘advertise’ my work. I mainly hope people driving by will be reminded of him seeing it. How to show art is so hard sometimes on social media without coming across as ‘advertising’ or bragging.

I get so excited when I carve into a plain log and to find cool natural wood colors inside! Super cool! Sealed with clear UV wood protectant.
