Developed in 1976 by caterer Trilby Wiedman, and brought to you by the bottle in 1997 by her daughter Laura Joseph, Trilby's BBQ Sauces continue to be a Northwest favorite. Now owned by Marilee & Christo Weber, each batch is still hand-crafted, 30 gallons at a time using the finest quality ingredients and the utmost care in production.
