We re so sorry for not posting sooner....the response and inquiries about 2025 plans has been nothing but supportive.
We opted not to have the 5 Mile drive thru this year. Our plan is to be back in 2026 better than ever.
This event serves as a fundraiser and being totally transparent...the work that goes into it versus the profitability was less than optimal. With the inability to leave the items over night the crews not only spend all day putting items out....they spend hours afterwards picking them up and storing them. This left us with a couple options- stop all together and sell our decor and props OR regroup and plan lessening the burden but increasing the profit.
For now we plan on 2026 pricing to increase per person. We also plan to start in the very near future by posting the date and asking for volunteers. We frequently hear....we love going through it.....we love those words, but we also want to share how much fun it is to be on the other side of things with a group of friends enjoying the evening and plotting the scare tactics.
