That’s All Folks for 2026!

The Belle Plaine’s Downtown Festival Committee wants to send a huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us this past Friday and Saturday for our Cars & Cue themed weekend! Despite the rainy forecast, the sun came out and we had two beautiful days of community fun.

The Highlights:
• Friday Night: We kept the tradition alive with the Glow Run, Talent Show, and Street Dance—plus a brand new Co****le tournament!
• Saturday Sun: A perfect day for the Car & Bike Show.
• BPQ Competition: Our move to downtown was a huge success, serving record numbers of hungry guests!
• Around Town: Between Vendor Alley, the PTO Parade, the 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament, and KidsFest, there was something for everyone.
• Community Spirits: The Historical Museum and Library saw great crowds, and the Beer Tent was full of friendly faces!

We Couldn't Do It Without You: This festival thrives because of our incredible sponsors, local businesses, and community members. Whether you registered participants, set up booths, or watched street corners—thank you.

Special thanks to the Belle Plaine Police Department, County 9 Fire, the city maintenance crew, the City of Belle Plaine, and USD 357 for providing the space and support to make this happen.

Last but not least: A massive shoutout to our Festival Planning Committee volunteers. They’ve spent the last year tackling every challenge to bring this weekend to life!
