We’re hiring a Groundskeeper to help keep our venue clean, safe, and beautiful before, during, and after events. If you love working outdoors and take pride in creating a welcoming space for guests, this role is for you!
🕒 Hours: Vary from part‑time to full‑time depending on event schedules and seasonal needs.
🌿 Key Responsibilities
Site Preparation & Setup • Set up tables, chairs, décor, signage, waste stations, tents, and other site infrastructure. • Inspect grounds for debris or damage and report issues promptly.
Ground Maintenance • Maintain lawns, walkways, parking areas, and outdoor structures. • Mow, trim, water, and remove debris regularly. • Empty trash bins and keep outdoor furniture and signage clean and safe.
During Events • Patrol grounds to ensure cleanliness and safety. • Respond to maintenance requests from event staff or management. • Assist with minor repairs or larger maintenance tasks.
Post‑Event Breakdown • Help with teardown and cleanup. • Return grounds to pre‑event condition. • Dispose of waste properly.
🧰 Qualifications
• Experience in groundskeeping, custodial, or event operations preferred (not required). • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather. • Basic tool and equipment knowledge. • Strong physical stamina and attention to detail. • Reliable, positive, and team‑oriented attitude.
☀️ Working Conditions
• Long shifts during peak festival days. • Fast‑paced environment with large crowds. • Exposure to noise and weather. • Early mornings, late nights, and weekends may be required.
