Back in 2021 and before I started searching for the perfect Kentucky property to purchase in order to build a wedding venue on, I made a list of all the things the property had to have. A water feature was at the top of that list. The idea of couples saying their vows next to the water sounded dreamy to me. The pond that this property came with needed a major overall, but it was worth every penny to witness moments like this.

Weddings should reflect the uniqueness of each couple and their favorite things. People, decor, music, and even their tastes in food and drink. Emma and Peter love coffee and opted to have a coffee bar for their cocktail hour. They chose one of our favorite vendors, Steel & Steam Coffee Company to treat their guests. They were definitely a big hit, especially their iced lattes on a warm day.
