For anyone who wonders what I've been referring to when I talk about my patent, this is it: http://www.smartmicrowave.net/

It is an enhanced microwave oven that uses a bar code reader to scan the UPC code on a product, then uses an internal database to look up the cooking instructions and automatically operate the microwave oven for the selected product.

This is especially useful and offers greater independence to visually impaired and special needs individuals who would have difficulties reading instructions and/or operating the microwave oven manually.

If anyone knows someone who works at a microwave oven manufacturer that would be interested in implementing these capabilities, please let me know!
