Coaches, Team Administrators, Players, and Families,
We have made the difficult decision to cancel the Creek Classic Soccer Tournament scheduled on May 30-31, 2020.
We are facing a challenging period with the COVID-19 virus and the consistent message we are receiving from state officials for the need to cancel large group gatherings in order to reduce the risk of close proximity contact.
The safety and health of our tournament participants, their families, and our Miami Valley community are our greatest concern, which led to the decision to cancel our event.
Our travel partner, Site Search, will be coordinating the cancellation of hotel reservations for families that utilized Site Search to book their hotel rooms for our event. Families do not need to contact their hotel directly to cancel their reservations.
Teams will be receiving a full refund of their Creek Classic application fee. Our tournament committee will be processing these refunds directly to the team contact. If you paid by check, we will return your unwashed check or issue a refund check directly to your team.
We are looking forward to the chance to return to the soccer pitch. We would love the opportunity to host your team at a future tournament event hosted by the Beavercreek Soccer Association.
