BEAVERCREEK EVENT CENTER FOR SALE
We’re J.R. and Teresa Geraci. We own Beavercreek Event Center, and you may remember us as the previous owners of Beavercreek Pizza Dive.

We are beginning the journey to retirement and are interested in selling the property at the corner of Grange Hall and Dayton-Xenia, including the adjoining lot. The sale would include the building (formerly the Grange Hall), approximately 1 acre of land, and the event center business.

Before we engage a broker, we thought we’d see if there was any local interest in purchasing the property, or leasing the property from us and running an event space.

All 2026 booked events will be honored.

Our most popular wedding package sets the stage for a relaxing weekend. Enjoy your wedding at your own pace with exclusive access to the facility from Friday afternoon through Sunday morning.

On Friday, have your rehearsal dinner or an informal gathering of friends and family--and use the time for setup and staging. On Saturday, you'll have the luxury of unhurried time to get ready and a ceremony and reception without the rush of a hard deadline for ending your celebration. Come back refreshed on Sunday for breakfast, gathering your things, and doing any final cleanup.

We love the versatility of a space that works for 25 to 125.

For an intimate bridal or baby shower for 25 to 30 people, the space is perfect for creating zones. There's room for games and fellowship, food and dining, and a circle of chairs for opening presents. This setup fills the space with activity and keeps your guests involved.

Plus, there's the lower level for staging and preparation, or additional activities. Some guests have a traditional shower for the ladies upstairs and have a get-together for the guys downstairs. And, we've got fenced grounds for outside activities.

We're looking for someone to help us with cleaning and light maintenance at Beavercreek Event Center.

The ideal candidate would be:
- Reliable. The space must be clean and ready for our guests.
- Good at cleaning--with high standards. Someone who takes pride in a job well done.

Some of the hours are flexible. You'd do a weekly deep clean that can be completed when we're not booked on weekdays. Additionally, you'd be responsible for cleaning and turning the space in between scheduled events--typically on weekends, but not necessarily every weekend.

There's also the opportunity to pick up additional hours with cleaning projects and light maintenance that help keep the space looking its best.

We have two apartments for rent above Beavercreek Pizza Dive.

Not fancy, but priced right. 🙂
2 Bedroom 1 Bath - $845 per month
Efficiency/Studio - $645 per month

Both are all electric (tenant pays electric). Water, sewer, and trash are included. Sorry, no pets. Six month lease. Deposit is equal to one month rent.
