We love the versatility of a space that works for 25 to 125.

For an intimate bridal or baby shower for 25 to 30 people, the space is perfect for creating zones. There's room for games and fellowship, food and dining, and a circle of chairs for opening presents. This setup fills the space with activity and keeps your guests involved.

Plus, there's the lower level for staging and preparation, or additional activities. Some guests have a traditional shower for the ladies upstairs and have a get-together for the guys downstairs. And, we've got fenced grounds for outside activities.

We're looking for someone to help us with cleaning and light maintenance at Beavercreek Event Center.

The ideal candidate would be:
- Reliable. The space must be clean and ready for our guests.
- Good at cleaning--with high standards. Someone who takes pride in a job well done.

Some of the hours are flexible. You'd do a weekly deep clean that can be completed when we're not booked on weekdays. Additionally, you'd be responsible for cleaning and turning the space in between scheduled events--typically on weekends, but not necessarily every weekend.

There's also the opportunity to pick up additional hours with cleaning projects and light maintenance that help keep the space looking its best.

Event Tip Tuesday!
Rectangle tables are on trend. We're seeing long dramatic rows of end-to-end rectangle tables for celebrations. Long rows of rectangle tables feel like a big festive family dinner party.

When calculating the number of people to seat per table, a good rule of thumb is 24"-30" of table face per guest. Our rectangle tables seat from 6 to 10 people per table. You can do three or four per side. If you're using them stand alone, you can add one on each end and get up to ten per table.
