We are sad to say that 2023 SC Open State Waterfestival Pageant Date will have to be changed. The Hotel we booked this years pageant changed who was in charge with the bookings after months of not having anyone in charge and will not honor their agreement with us at that Date and rate which gave us no choice to postpone our pageant. We will let everyone know where and when we will have this years pageant at a later date. We will still honor all awarded entries at the new date.
