Music From The Marsh Summer Concerts

Music From The Marsh Summer Concerts Michigan State Parks & the Friends of Bay City State Park are proud to present an evening of music and entertainment!

The Michigan Department of Natural Resources and the Friends of Bay City State Park are proud to present an evening of enchanting entertainment for the entire family, as they continue their touring cultural arts series, “Music From the Marsh." Performances will take place on Saturdays, 7:00-8:00 pm, on the Saginaw Bay Visitor Center lawn stage, located inside Bay City State Park. Admission is Free

; however, all motor vehicles entering the park must display the annual Recreation Passport ($17 when purchased at the park; $12 when purchased when renewing your vehicle registration). Best place to purchase it is at the campground office on the other side of State Park Dr. Donation bucket is passed at the concert and your contribution is appreciated but not required. Bring lawn chairs and bug repellant just in case. Rain location on site inside the Visitor Center.

This summer, we are thrilled to present a lineup of 14 concerts for our Music from the Marsh Summer Concert Series. We are also hosting our annual Beach Wellness Run/Walk which is on Saturday, June 6th. Beach Wellness Registration Join us for our delightful morning coffee gatherings every Tuesday at 9 AM at the shelter closest to the Visitor Center starting on April 28th. On Wednesdays there will be a playgroup starting on May 27th that will take place from 9 AM to 11 AM.

Additionally, we will host a trivia night this summer filled with fun and friendly competition, and a Volunteer Meet and Greet in April for those eager to get involved.
