I wanted to update everyone as to what is going on in the world of Limit Fest. The decision has been made to postpone the event to October of 2023. The event is still planned to be a go. This next year will be spent trying to make it the best festival in the area!

Sorry to everyone who was looking forward to Limit Fest. But be assured that October of 2023 will be better than ever expected!

So I debated for a long time with myself about starting a GFM for Limit Fest! After talking with multiple people, I feel like It would be a good idea to try.

Maybe festivals are not your thing. Maybe you are not a fan of the genre of music. Maybe you are just looking for a way to help out!

We are super excited to announce who will be playing at Limit Fest! We have some amazing talent that will be hitting the stage at Kellogg Arena on October 1st!

This show is stacked from top to bottom! Tickets go on sale in July!!

So I can officially announce that Limit Fest will take place October 1st at the Kellogg Arena in Battle Creek, MI!! I currently have 6 bands confirmed that I will start announcing over the next few days and weeks. It is going to be a great night of music!

This festival is being done to raise money for MusicLink Foundation! MusicLink's mission is: "Any child who has musical potential deserves the opportunity to nurture this talent to its full extent. Many children lack the chance to receive music lessons due to financial need. The MusicLink Foundation reaches out to low income families by linking these students with professional music teachers willing to reduce their fee to make the lessons more affordable for the child."

Some quick MusicLink facts:

65% of students stay in lessons
99% of students go to college
39% receive college scholarships
Over 7,000 students
Nearly 2,000 teachers
Over $15,000,000 in scholarship

There is a whole new generation of musicians out there who may never learn an instrument or take a lesson due to something as trivial as the costs. Hopefully this festival can start to change some of that and we can all be a part of some change in the world of music!

I wanted to update everyone to what is happening right now. I currently have 6 bands confirmed for Limit Fest as of right now. I am still finalizing the venue as well as working towards getting our main sponsor for the festival.

I am hoping that I will be able to officially announce things soon. I am really excited that things are starting to come together. I know there isn't much info out yet. Just know October 1st in Battle Creek is going to be an amazing day!!!

Limit Fest is an idea I have had for many years now. I have always wanted to get some of my favorite bands together and help raise money for some charity. Well I am starting to make that dream become a reality. I really hope that we can spread the word and make this festival grow year after year.

We have a date of October 1, 2022 set. A venue is all but confirmed. My original plan was to have 9 bands play over the course of the day. I already have 4 confirmed and others interested. So I am very happy with the progress. I cannot wait to see what happens the rest of the year as we work towards Limit Fest '22
