Join us TODAY at the Genesee County Fairgrounds in Batavia, NY as we kick off our opening weekend of fairgrounds events for 2026! We’re starting the season with an exciting lineup featuring the Friday Night Food Truck Rodeo , the Summer Kick Off Classic Horse Show and The Dirt Track at Genesee opening their racing season.

🚨⚠️ Kick-Off Weekend Reminder Safety First! ⚠️🚨

As we gear up for an exciting Kick-Off Weekend at the Genesee County Fairgrounds, we want to remind everyone of an important rule that helps keep all of our guests safe:

🚗 Speed Limit: 5 MPH AT ALL TIMES 🚗

This speed limit applies everywhere on the fairgrounds, no exceptions. Throughout the weekend and the entire season, we have children, animals, senior citizens, and patrons moving around in many different areas of the grounds.

Your cooperation is critical in helping us provide a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

❗️ Please note:
Failure to follow the posted speed limit will result in being asked to leave the property.

Safety is not just a rule it’s our top priority.
