*Abbott Shooting Preserve offers some of the South's finest hunts for Bobwhite quail, Ringneck pheasant, and chukars in beautifully maintained pines and old fashioned fence rows. Located in Barney, Georgia we are just a short drive from Valdosta, Moultrie, and Thomasville. In addition to hunting, Abbott Shooting Preserve offers a one of a kind clay shooting experience on our custom built shooting deck. Our skeet deck stands 20 feet tall with 5 different stations and is completely lighted for night time shooting.

The lodge is ready for guests! The lodge can accommodate up to 16 with 8 bedrooms each with its own private bath, a large common area for guests to gather, and huge porches to take in the views. The lodge along with our cabin can sleep up to 22 people wether it be for hunting parties or events. We are in the middle of our 2024-2025 hunting season with dates still available January through March. We also have dates available for 2025 weddings.
