There are many century farms in Clay County!
If your family farm is 100 years old and still in operation, make sure to apply to be recognized at the 2026 Clay County Fair!

Building a barn may look a little different today than it did 100 years ago, but the dedication behind Minnesota’s family farms remains the same. 🌾

The Minnesota State Fair and Minnesota Farm Bureau Federation are proud to have recognized more than 11,000 family farms that have contributed to Minnesota agriculture for 100 years or more.

Applications for the 2026 Century Farm Program are due in one month. Families who have owned their farm for 100+ years are invited to apply.
