He's a minister, he's a comedian, and he's going to be at the Swan House in Barbourville for the Men's Prayer Breakfast on Saturday, June 27th at 9:00 AM. Please mark your calendars and make your reservations because space is limited.
Here is just part of his bio: "I grew up in a small farm community in Southern Illinois. I realized at an early age that I had a gift for entertaining others in unusual ways. I wanted to be an actor and comedian, but there wasn't much future for that in a town of 250 people. So I joined the Air Force to travel and see the world, but all I saw was South Dakota for four years. My Air Force experience allowed me to see Mount Rushmore. After the Air Force, I moved to Florida, where I worked at Kennedy Space Center for 18 years and had the opportunity to do the acting and comedy I had desired to do when I was younger. Eventually, I left that behind and moved back home to Illinois, where the Lord called me into the ministry. I've been preaching for ten years now and looking forward to seeing the next thing God brings into my life!"
Men's Prayer Breakfast is always free and open to all men of every church and denomination. Biscuits & gravy, eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, fruit, and Tom's World Famous Gourmet Coffee! Drop a note on Facebook or call 546-0099 to reserve a seat.

Good morning ladies. We still have a few seats available for this Saturday's breakfast. Don't forget to send us a message if you plan to come. Lynne will surely bring us a blessing with her message, and.....you all know Peggy is OCD about making sure she has enough food :-) See you Saturday!!!

Lady's Prayer Breakfast on Saturday, May 30th at the Swan House in Barbourville. The special speaker for this event is Lynne Keller. Lynn is a relative newcomer to Kentucky. She moved here with her husband, Lee, for one reason – to be near her son, Eric Keller, his wife, Lisa, and their 8 grandchildren. In the 6 years since they arrived, there have been big changes in their family. The 3 oldest are gone – either to college, marriage, or the Marine Corp – and the 4th one leaves in less than a month to attend the Unites States Naval Academy.

Lynne was raised in Oregon and has lived all over the United States – from New York to California, Texas to Ohio and several other states in between. She attended Western Illinois University and Towson State University in Baltimore, Maryland. During her working years, she held a wide variety of positions from Radio station Sales Manager to Executive Director of a large non-profit that served children and adults who were developmentally disabled and finally – after accepting the Lord – she has had the privilege of being on staff at several large churches.

Lynne will be sharing her testimony of how she came to have a personal relationship with Jesus at the age of 35 and relating fascinating examples of how the Lord orchestrates every detail of our lives to accomplish His will and bless us at the same time.

Please reserve your spot by Facebook, or calling 546-0099, or by emailing [email protected]. This event is always free and open to all ladies from any church or denomination.
