Did you know there’s a lot more happening inside Bandon Fisheries Warehouse than most people realize?
What started as a historic waterfront fish warehouse has grown into a space built for community, connection, creativity, and gathering. Around here, we’ve started calling it “The Local Experience” — because that’s truly what we hope this building brings to Bandon.
From live music, artisan + farmers markets, and seasonal festivals… to private parties, reunions, business events, celebrations of life, pop-up vendors, workshops, fundraisers, and community gatherings — our goal is to create a flexible space that can evolve with what our community needs.
We’re proud to work alongside local businesses, artists, musicians, makers, and organizations to keep this old waterfront building active, welcoming, and full of life. Whether you’re attending an event, hosting one, or just stopping by to see what’s happening, we want the Warehouse to feel like a place for everyone.

What an incredible evening (last night). Nearly 200 Bandon residents and community members showed up to our Gravel Point update meeting, and we are genuinely grateful for every single person who took the time to engage, ask questions, share concerns, and offer constructive ideas. The turnout was overwhelmingly positive, and it showed just how much this community cares about doing things the right way, together.

A special thank-you to Bandon Fisheries, & for graciously hosting our team and helping create a welcoming place for real conversation.

We heard you — your comments, your concerns, your hopes, and your feedback.

And we’re committed to continuing this work side-by-side, meeting with each of you, and finding the middle ground that moves Bandon forward while honoring what makes it special.
