The Kern County Fair is an enterprise providing a year-round, safe and friendly environment for educational, cultural and entertainment experiences that celebrate the accomplishments of our entire community. We are fiscally responsible as we maintain and expand our facilities and produce events to fulfill the needs of our patrons, business partners, sponsors and exhibitors.

Collective Soul is taking the stage Thursday, September 24 at the Budweiser Pavilion for a night of live music, Fair food, and all the energy of The Place to Be.

ERNEST is bringing the hits to the Budweiser Pavilion on opening night of the 2026 Kern County Fair!

KC’s Farm Camp sign-ups are now LIVE!

Kids ages 5–12 are invited to join us for two days of hands-on, agriculture-themed fun at KC’s Farm. Campers will learn, explore, and even make their own farm-to-table snack!

Choose one camp session:
🌱 Camp 1: June 22 + 23
🌱 Camp 2: June 24 + 25

Each session is $25 and includes a camp t-shirt. Both camps feature the same content, so please only register for one session.

This camp usually sells out, so don’t wait to save your spot!

Join us at KC’s Farmhouse for our Simple Salsa Workshop, where participants will learn how salsa goes from garden to table, make their own fresh salsa, and take home a plant to start their own salsa garden.

Class options include:
🌱 Homeschool Class | Tuesday, May 12 at 1 PM
🍀 4-H Class | Tuesday, May 12 at 6 PM
🍅 Public Class | Wednesday, May 13 at 6 PM
